Don't let your fear or phobia run your life.

A phobia is an excessive or unreasonable fear of an object, place or situation.

Phobias are very common, they can start in childhood for no apparent reason or may be traced back to a negative or traumatic experience which creates a response that stays with you, and over the years the situation becomes associated with certain feelings. These feelings may include racing heart, shortness of breath, trembling or wanting to get away from the situation.

Some phobias are not a problem if the situation can be easily avoided, however if the problem is taking over your life or restricts you in some way it does need treatment to allow you to have a good quality of life.


To help you overcome your fear or phobia I use a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, Emotional Freedom technique/Thought Field Therapy.

Most fears or phobias can be resolved in one to three sessions.
